1 - We personaly hand deliver in Elgin and around our local area of Moray including Aberlour, Alves, Archiestown, Birnie, Bishopmill, Burghead, Burgie, Ballandalloch Castle, Carron, Clackmarris, Craigellachie, Cranloch, Cummingston, Dallas, Darnaway Castle, Dunphail, Dufftown, Duffus, Dyke, Edinville, Elgin, Findhorn, Fogwatt, Fochabers, Forres, Garmouth, Hopeman, Inchberry, Kellas, Kinloss, Kintessack, Kingston, Knockando, Lhanbryde, Longhill-Lhanbryde, Longmorn, Lossiemouth, Moray Crematorium, Miltonduff, Mosstowie, Mosstodloch, Moss of Barmuckity, Nether Dallachy, New Elgin, Orton, Pluscarden, Rafford, Roseisle, Rothes, Speybay and Urquhart. 2 - Same day/express delivery is available for all orders at no extra cost to our customers when orders are placed by 1pm local time. Orders received after this time will be delivered the following day provided we are not closed on that day.
3 - All deliveries will be made on your chosen date between 8am and 6pm provided the store is open, if we experience any issues we will endeavour to contact you directly.
4 - Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details, including address, postal code and phone number of the recipients delivery address. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you.
5 - As we cover such a wide spread rural area all addresses without a building number will require a telephone number for the recipient, a postal code is not enough as all satellite navigation systems simply take our delivery person to the closest building with the same postcode which may not be the intended recipient.
6 - In the event that the recipient is not in, one of the following will take place. The product may be left at the reception or with a neighbour if they are willing to accept responsibility for the product or the product may be placed in a unlocked covered area such as a shed or porch. We will endeavour to leave a 'recipient delivery out' card which is normally posted through the recipients building letter box or left at reception detailing where we have left the product you have ordered. If none of these are appropriate, the flowers may be returned to our retail store for collection by the recipient at 26 Batchen Street, Elgin. This action will be detailed on the 'recipient out card' for the recipients information, products will only be delivered once. If the recipient is physically unable to collect their product a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient, at Bay Tree Florists & Gifts earliest convenience. Bay Tree Florists & Gifts are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants, sundries or gifts if left.
7 - In the case of delivery problems, we will contact the sender by phone or e-mail, as soon as physically possible. Please ensure that a valid contact number and or e-mail is provided for yourself.
8 - We will make every effort to deliver your order as requested. However we will not be held liable if we fail to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
9 - Online deliveries can only be within our designated delivery zones.
10 - We have a minimum online order value for local deliveries of £20.
11 - To send flowers to the rest of the UK or overseas please telephone us directly on 01343 551488. We can also arrange on your behalf to deliver fresh flowers throughout the UK if ordered by 12noon for same day delivery with the fee of £7.95.
