Because many of our products are perishable, any concerns regarding fresh or perishable items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For non-perishable items, please notify us within 48 hours.
We are committed to resolving all complaints promptly and fairly. If, after investigation, we find that your complaint is valid, we may offer a replacement or refund at the discretion of management.
