Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt for fresh or perishable items. For non-perishable products, please notify us within 48 hours.
We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. If, after investigation, we find your complaint to be genuine, we may offer a replacement or refund, at the discretion of management.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
